• 50% down payment of the total room rate is REQUIRED via walk-in or online transaction.
• Full payment should be made upon check-in. We only accept cash.
• P1,000 security deposit is required upon check-in.
• P2,000 security deposit is required upon check-in. (For Villa 6 only)
• P5,000 security deposit is required upon check-in. (Casa Nuan Only)
• Security Deposit shall be refunded upon check-out if there are no losses or damages to property and
• other resort amenities and paraphernalias. Inability to provide a security deposit may result in a
• reservation denial, without refund.

• Downgrading of room/ villa is prohibited.
• 50% reservation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. All payments made will be forfeited for cancellation of reservation.
• Rebooking of reservations inside the 7-day grace period will be subject to a 10% rebooking fee.
• Cancellation/ Rebooking on the day of check-in date, reservation fee will be FORFEITED.

• Pool Hours: 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM only. (For common pools)
• Please wear proper swimming attire. Maong shorts and colored cotton shirts are not allowed.
• No eating and drinking within the pool area.

• Extra Beds- 300 pesos each
• Extra Beds – 500 pesos each (Casa Nuan)
• White bath towels should only be used inside the rooms. Additional fee is 100 per piece.
• Complimentary items do not correspond to the number of guests and are only given on a one-time basis. Additional fees apply.
• Quiet Hours is at 10pm. Please be considerate to other guests
• Guests shall take responsibility to any loss or damage to resort properties with corresponding charges.
• The Management is not liable for any loss or damages inside the resort premises.
• Interior furnishing (e.g. furniture, curtains, carpets, decors, etc.) must remain inside the villa. Only designated outdoor furniture can be used outside.
• No setting up of lights and sounds.
• No live performances and event programs.
• Styling materials that will require affixing of anything to the walls, ceiling, floors, chandeliers and railings which may incur damage from drilling, nailing, tacking, taping, and gluing are NOT ALLOWED.

• Deadly weapons and illegal drugs
• Downgrading of room/ villa is prohibited.

• Store Hours is from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm ONLY.
• Gates will be closed at 10:00 pm for security purposes.
• During check-out, kindly proceed to the front desk for clearance and surrender the key.
• The Management reserves the right to refuse entry/stay to guests violating Resort Policies and Guidelines.
• Pets are NOT ALLOWED

• The management will inform the guest immediately regarding the lost item/s.
• All valuable items (phones, wallets, tablets, computers, jewelry) should be stored in a secure locker/storage area.
• If it’s a non-valuable item/s, it stays in lost and found for two months if no one retrieves it, said item/s will be disposed.
• If it’s a perishable item/s (like food) and medications will be properly disposed immediately.
